• Complete & Submit Lockheed Martin Heroes interest form 
• Attach an up-to-date resume, including all credentials and security clearance information. 

Identify Roles of Interest

• Explore available roles to find positions that align with your interests. 

Determine Availability

• If you are available to start work within the next 120 days, we recommend applying for roles that align with your interests. However, you can still be considered for LM Heroes opportunities.
• If you are available to start after 120 days, record roles of interest and share with your assigned Military Relations Manager via email. 

Eligibility, as determined by the Lockheed Martin Military Relations Managers, is a prerequisite for participation in the Lockheed Martin Heroes program.

• Approved to participate in a CSP, HOH, or Warrior Care Program
• Meet LM Conflict of Interest (COI) screening, security clearance (if required), and specific training role requirements

Additionally, while we strive to place all applicants, submission of information/resume to the Lockheed Martin Heroes program does not guarantee a Lockheed Martin Heroes opportunity or employment with Lockheed Martin.
